How Old is This?

Went out for a short hunt today and found this nice watch fob. Any ideas on its age?

dude thats way cool! I love them Fobs, but it seems always hard to find info on them. My guess is 1910-12 give or take ten years.Sounds good huh?

"Westward the course of Empire makes its way" was evidently a popular logo in Mormon circles. I googled it and results said its embedded here somewhere on this page but I didn't try to locate it. http://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn85058140/1909-12-17/ed-1/seq-8/
A lot of people were on the move after the Civil War and for near 70 years after. It'd be hard to beat a guess expressed by someone above that 10-15 years either side of 1910 would about nail it.
